Programs
The Life Method: installed, not visited.
A keynote changes an afternoon. This program changes a week, then the week after that, for eight weeks straight. It's the same curriculum the founders built and run at their own nonprofit, now open directly to any young person ready to do the work.
The foundation
Life Core
Eight weeks, 16 hours in all, for ages 14 and up. Every session is virtual.
- One two-hour session a week
- One portable tool a week, practiced out loud with peers
- Scored skill demonstrations in weeks 4, 5 and 8
- Everyone leaves with a written 90-day plan and a named trusted adult
- Week 1
Identity & Values
Who am I, and who am I trying to become. Young people map what they actually value and draw a picture of their future self.
They keepIdentity Map
- Week 2
Emotional Skills
How feelings work and where they land in the body. Naming one is most of handling one.
They keepPause, Name, Choose
- Week 3
Confidence & Self-Talk
The inner critic against the inner coach. Catching the voice, then flipping it.
They keepThe Inner Coach
- Week 4Scored
Communication
Saying a hard thing well. Scored demonstration of an I-statement.
They keepI-Statements
- Week 5Scored
Boundaries & Peer Pressure

They keepThe Boundary Script
- Week 6
Resilience
A setback is information. Turning a real one into a next step.
They keepSetback to Lesson to Next
- Week 7
Habits & Goals
How small habits stack into change. Everyone starts one and tracks it.
They keepThe Habit Tracker
- Week 8Scored

They keepThe Decision Filter
What comes next
Tailored programs to deepen impact
Each one is a specialized track that builds on Life Core rather than replacing it. We are naming them now so you can see the whole plan as we build it out.
MIND
Master your Inner Narrative & Drive
Resilience and mental wellness
One-on-one coaching, ages 14 and up. Eight sessions build the tools to name a hard feeling, calm the body, reframe a thought, and know who to call when a feeling is bigger than a skill can hold.

Pause, Aim, Think, Hold
Decision-making and justice deflection
One-on-one coaching, ages 14 and up, often alongside a school or a juvenile-diversion partner. Eight sessions build a decision filter, a pause skill, and a practiced refusal, then walk through a guided repair conversation in place of a punishment.
See what they learn →RISE
Ready, Invested, Skilled, Employed
Academic and future readiness
One-on-one coaching, ages 14 and up. Eight sessions build the habits behind attendance and grades, a look at real career paths, a first budget, and a concrete plan for what comes after high school.

Reinforce Our Outcomes Through Support
Family and community anchoring
One-on-one coaching, ages 14 and up, with a caregiver looped in where it helps. Eight sessions build one routine the family can keep, a clear way to ask for what you need at home, and a live connection to a resource the family actually needs.

Represent, Earn, Protect, Stay true
Character for young athletes
One-on-one coaching with Hugo, ages 14 and up. Eight sessions on character on and off the field, and the traps waiting for young athletes today: the feed, the shortcut, the bet, the scam, and the first check.

A coach for you, too
The programs above are for your teen. Shannon and Hugo also coach adults, each on the ground they have actually walked.
Shannon
Fifteen years of criminal defense. She coaches the version of you that holds up when the room is against you.
- Motherhood
- Co-parenting
- The legal path
- Awareness of self
- Femininity
- Confidence within
Hugo
Olympian, principal, coach, founder. He coaches the man who got everything he aimed at and had to ask what it was for.
- Fatherhood
- Manhood
- Entrepreneurship
- Family
- Awareness of self
- Co-parenting
- Masculinity
- Confidence within
Some subjects sit on both lists: co-parenting, awareness of self, and confidence within. A mother and a father do not carry the same version of any of them, and some people take both.
