Privacy

Short, because we collect little.

No ad trackers, no analytics beacons, no third-party fonts. Here is everything this site does with your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms, plus the few details listed here. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request leaves this site just to render a page.

Booking inquiries and speaker kit requests. Your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your event (a kit request asks only for an email address). Each one is also logged in a database at our web host, with your browser type and the country the request came from, so an inquiry can't be lost to a failed email.

Coaching intakes. Your name, contact details, and how you're connected to the young person; their first name and age; a parent or guardian's name and email, which are required when a young person under 18 fills it out; the program you're interested in; what you tell us about what's going on; how you heard about us; and which page on this site sent you to the form. To stop spam, the form also keeps a one-way code made from your IP address, not the address itself. It is used only to count submissions over the past day, and old codes are deleted each time the form is used.

While you browse

There is no analytics script on this site, no tracking pixel, and no third party watching you move between pages. The server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary request logs, the same as any web host does: which page was asked for, when, and the country the request came from. We use those logs only to count visitors and keep the site running, and we do not build a profile of you from them.

Photographs on the events page are served from this site's own domain, including any that started life somewhere else. Reading a page here still sends no request to anyone but us.

What we do with it

We use what you send only to reply to you. Booking inquiries and kit requests are emailed to Shannon and Hugo, and you get a confirmation by email.

Coaching intakes are saved in Airtable, the database Shannon and Hugo use to keep track of them, and emailed to them. You get a short confirmation email that repeats nothing you wrote. Our email goes out through Resend, a sending service. The list of speaking dates on the events page is kept in Airtable too. It holds no one's information but ours.

We don't sell or rent your information, we share it with no one beyond the services named here, and we never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
